the creator case study

How we took a 2.8M-subscriber creator from a blank LinkedIn profile to 1.2 million impressions in 87 days, using 100% AI-assisted content nobody could tell wasn't her.

~12 min readproofthe full deep-dive

A detailed, numbers-and-method breakdown for anyone deciding whether this actually works, and whether it would work for them.

why we're showing you the whole thing

Most agencies show you a logo and a vanity number and call it a case study. If you're seriously considering having someone run your LinkedIn, that's not enough to decide on. You want to know: what did they actually do, did it really work, and is my situation close enough that I'd get something similar?

So this is the full breakdown of one engagement, including the parts most people leave out.

the client

Who: a 2.8M-subscriber creator. Coming in: 2.8 million YouTube subscribers, 800,000 Instagram followers, a PM Award winner, Top 1% creator in India. LinkedIn presence coming in: zero. A blank slate.

This matters, because it makes her close to the hardest possible client a content agency can take on. When someone has 2.8 million subscribers, their audience knows exactly what they sound like, every cadence, every turn of phrase. One off-brand, ghostwritten-sounding post and that audience notices instantly.

There was nowhere to hide. The voice had to be perfect from post one, on a platform she'd never used, written with AI assistance, at volume.

the starting point

  • LinkedIn followers: 0
  • LinkedIn posts ever: 0
  • LinkedIn impressions to date: 0
  • Time available from the client: very little

The challenge in one line: build a real LinkedIn presence, in her exact voice, fast, without much of her time, on a platform she'd never touched, well enough that her enormous existing audience wouldn't smell a ghostwriter.

the method: exactly what we did

1

onboard in 4 days, not 4 weeks

From first contact to 20+ posts scheduled and going live took 4 days. No six-week discovery phase. The entire first month's content was locked in within the first week.

2

capture the voice in one deep dive

Rather than have a writer spend weeks slowly "learning her voice" (and still drifting), we ran a single ~2-hour content deep dive capturing her actual words, phrases, vocabulary, stories, opinions, speaking rhythm, and emotional tone. That transcript became the raw material for everything, the single most important step, and the reason the posts sounded like her.

3

write with ai, steered by strategy

Content was 100% AI-assisted. But the input wasn't a generic prompt, it was her voice from the deep-dive transcript, fed into a writing system trained on what makes LinkedIn content good. Every post was individually curated, hook, body, and close each evaluated, not auto-published. 100% AI-assisted, 2.8M subscribers, and nobody could tell. The model was never the secret. The input was.

4

mix content by intention

Posts were deliberately mixed between reach posts, broad, relatable stories and opinions that travel far beyond her existing network, and trust/authority posts that build credibility. Running both together produced the compounding effect.

5

schedule, track, adjust

Posts scheduled for optimal times. Performance tracked weekly; a detailed monthly report fed strategy for the following month.

the results: 87 days

20 Dec 2025 – 17 Mar 2026

Followers 0 → 5,011 (from absolute zero)
Total impressions 1,221,876 · 65 posts published
Likes 13,515 · comments 1,240 · avg 18,798 impressions/post
Best post 170,839 impressions ("I live in a 2 BHK in Mumbai")
Highest engagement rate 3.99% · onboarding 4 days · best week +433 followers

That best week came from the compounding effect of reach and trust posts running together, broad posts pulling new people in while credibility-building posts gave them a reason to follow. Neither type does that alone.

what actually drove the numbers

  • The big posts were human, not niche. Her best post, 170,000+ impressions, was a personal story, not a tips post. Reach comes from relatability, every single time.
  • The voice carried everything. Because every post started from her real words, the content didn't read as "managed." For an audience of 2.8M who know her intimately, that was non-negotiable.
  • The mix made it compound. Reach posts brought new eyes; trust posts converted them to followers.
  • Speed meant momentum started immediately. Onboarding took 4 days and the month was locked in week one, so there was no slow ramp.

the honest part: what to know before you expect the same

The creator came in with an enormous existing audience elsewhere (2.8M on YouTube). That gave her LinkedIn growth a tailwind. If you're starting with a smaller external footprint, your raw numbers will likely be smaller, the method transfers, the exact figures depend on your starting point and niche.

It still required her time where it counted: a ~2-hour deep dive and approval on the content. The system removes most of the work, not all of it.

These are her results. Yours will depend on your starting point, niche, and consistency. We're showing you a method that works, not promising an identical number.

is your situation similar?

This maps especially well to you if: you already have a reputation somewhere that your LinkedIn doesn't yet reflect; you have very little time to write yourself; you've worried a ghostwriter or AI would make you sound generic; you want results to start quickly; and you'd value someone running the whole thing, not just handing you drafts.

And the method isn't creator-only. We've run the same playbook for a manufacturing CEO (226,000 impressions from 29 posts) and a corporate executive (engagement rate near 9%). Different people, different numbers, same system.
